Commercial vehicles. Professional standards.

The vehicles carrying your name should reflect the standards behind your business.

Commercial vehicles are expected to perform under demanding conditions while continuing to represent the company behind them. Thoughtful maintenance supports both the working asset and the professional standard attached to it.

Midnight Detailing develops condition-specific service plans for local fleets, aligning detailing, maintenance and protection with vehicle use, exposure, priorities and available downtime.

Fleet detailing, maintenance and protection

The right service begins with what the vehicle is expected to handle.

A customer-facing vehicle, service van and jobsite truck do not face the same demands. Midnight recommends the work that fits the vehicle, then builds a practical schedule around the business.

A plan that respects your operation

Fleet care should support the business—not interrupt it.

Midnight begins with the fleet as it actually operates—its vehicles, condition, workload and availability. From there, priorities are defined and the work is scheduled around practical downtime.

01

Understand the fleet

Vehicle and equipment types, quantity, location, use, exposure and current condition.

02

Set the priorities

Professional presentation, interior condition, winter protection, finish preservation or an ongoing combination.

03

Plan the service schedule

One-time work, rotating appointments or recurring maintenance matched to vehicle availability.

04

Determine the right location

Shop service in Newton or qualifying on-site work based on access, utilities, weather, scope and site conditions.

Discuss Your Fleet

Fleet detailing questions

Clear answers before the work is scheduled.

How many vehicles are needed to qualify as a fleet?

Midnight works with small and midsize commercial fleets. Fit is determined by the vehicles, requested work, service frequency and scheduling needs rather than a specific minimum vehicle count. Share what you operate, and Jessica will determine whether fleet service is the right fit.

Is on-site fleet detailing available?

On-site service may be available for qualifying fleet, commercial vehicle and heavy-equipment work. Availability depends on fleet size, scope, location, access, utilities, weather and site conditions. Standard individual detailing is completed by appointment at the Newton shop.

What commercial vehicle and fleet detailing services are available?

Services may include interior and exterior detailing, scheduled appearance maintenance, undercoating, ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film and qualifying heavy-equipment detailing. Recommendations are based on vehicle condition, exposure and business priorities.

How is fleet detailing priced?

Fleet work is quoted individually. Vehicle or equipment type, quantity, condition, contamination, location, access, requested services, service frequency and available downtime all shape the scope and pricing. Jessica gathers the details first so the quote reflects the work required.

Can fleet vehicles be scheduled in rotation?

Yes. When the scope allows, vehicles can be scheduled individually or in manageable groups to keep the operation moving.
